Preview missing

Hi

When adding content to the Family Browser Pro the preview is not generated.
This applies to both systemfamilies and drafting views.

Do you have a solution for this?

Havning trouble finding the help file. Where is it located?

Using Revit 2016.

Hi Claus.

I have just tested this through the Family Manager and it is working on my end. Are you getting the previews on the left hand pane as I have shown below in the attachment? Can you do a screen capture of what you are seeing

It seems as if draging multiple objects result in missing preview.

Don't know how to attach image, but previews are visible on the left side.

Hi Claus

I have just tested dragging and dropping two system families from the left hand pane to the right hand pane as you described. It looked as though it worked in the family Manager, but the Family Browser palette only showed the preview icon for the first family drag. The second one showed the "No Preview Available" icon.

IS this what you are seeing?

I have logged this into our system as a bug.
